Christina enjoys teaching and watching students expand their knowledge of a project or technique. She believes that jewelry is an art where you never stop learning. She has taught classes in metal fabrication, etching, chain mail, enameling and fused glass. Christina is enthusiastic, patient and encouraging with her students. She enjoys being in her home studio, that's where she lets her imagination run wild and her creative mind wonder.
Merie began her jewelry arts addition in the 1970s as a beader. In fact, she still owns the first beads she bought! Over the years Merie’s craving for creativity brought her to experience many mediums, but her true passion is to work in metals and glass. Merie loves the way the numerous techniques in those mediums can be used to create totally unique pieces of jewelry art. Merie loves to create, and she knows her place in her jewelry arts life is to teach those mediums and share her knowledge with other jewelry arts enthusiasts. |
